MigraineNet by WINGS ICT Solutions is a mobile ADVISORY application for people suffering from migraines. The information contained on the application does NOT intend to provide or replace your doctor’s diagnosis, advice, medication, or any diagnostic tests that your doctor will guide you to follow, or promote in any manner any drugs. The application will not ask you to take any medication without your doctor’s consent. The application is available ONLY to users who are at least 18 years old; who have taken all the necessary medical tests to exclude pathological migraine causes and are responsible for the validity of the registered information in the MigraineNet application. WINGS ICT Solutions prohibits you from using the information for diagnosing a health problem or disease. If you have a medical condition you should always obtain complete medical advice by consulting directly your doctor or medical adviser. WINGS ICT Solutions shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages resulting from the use of, reliance on, access to or inability to use the information of the MigraineNet application. Your use of any aspect of this service is at your own responsibility. You must consult with healthcare providers and make your medical decisions based on their advice.
WINGS ICT Solutions never shares any identifiable subscriber information with anyone. All identifiable subscriber information is maintained in a database which is not publicly accessible database to prevent inadvertent or malicious accessing of subscriber information by unauthorized parties. As a registered user of the application, you may establish an account. You (user) should not reveal your account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and the security of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur on or through your account and thus, WINGS ICT Solutions is NOT responsible for any leak or loss of data due to unauthorized use. You agree to immediately notify WINGS ICT Solutions of any security breach of your account.
WINGS ICT Solutions shall take all appropriate measures to protect subscriber information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction, and, where possible, will require any third parties to whom subscriber information is transferred to take comparable steps to protect that security.
WINGS ICT Solutions shall not otherwise share, sell or distribute subscriber information except to provide MigraineNet services to subscribers as set forth herein.
Although WINGS ICT Solutions will never share any identifiable subscriber information, WINGS ICT Solutions may, from time to time, disclose anonymized individual or aggregate information relating to particular diseases or disorders, behaviors or modifications as part of our research and to researchers doing work for or on behalf of WINGS ICT Solutions, sponsors, or other business partners, and any such disclosure to such third parties is bound by the privacy protections set forth herein.
WINGS ICT Solutions may also, at subscriber request, share their personal, medical and behavioral information with the subscriber's physician or any other individual or entity that the subscriber instructs WINGS ICT Solutions to so inform.
Nonetheless, WINGS ICT Solutions shall not have liability for disclosure of any subscriber information obtained or disclosed due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties. Subscribers are hereby reminded that transmission of information via the Internet or over mobile networks is not completely secure. Despite our best efforts, no matter how extensive, WINGS ICT Solutions cannot and does not guarantee the security of subscriber data transmitted to and from MigraineNet via Internet or over mobile networks; WINGS ICT Solutions is NOT responsible for any leak or loss of data due to unauthorized use.
WINGS ICT Solutions reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time with prior notification to subscribers. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you agree to follow and be bound by this Agreement as changed. For these reasons, we encourage you to periodically review this Agreement.
WINGS ICT Solutions reserves the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally identifiable information contained in them, to any third-party acquiring our assets after notice and the opportunity for a subscriber to request that personally identifiable information not be transferred. Should MigraineNet or our assets ever be sold, acquired, merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, we will place a prominent notice on the MigraineNet application and the user’s email.
WINGS ICT Solutions will disclose subscriber information outside the scope of these provisions only as required to do so by law or compelled by court or government or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction. Personal information from users is subject to national, local, and international laws. Personal data is solely processed for the purposes of providing the relevant services, as per these Terms and Conditions. Detailed information concerning personal data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy. Any dispute will be exclusively resolved by Athens, Greece courts.

Users of MigraineNet retain ownership of their personal, medical and behavioral information and agree that will comply with all applicable local, national, European Union and international laws and regulations that relate to the use or activities in the application.
All the MigraineNet material, including without limitation, the logos, design, text, graphics, software and the Content in general are Copyright protected by WINGS ICT Solutions with all rights reserved.
Users by creating account or using MigraineNet expressly consent to the terms and conditions of the privacy policy as set forth herein. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this document, please do not use the MigraineNet application. Once the user press I agree, he/she unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions of the MigraineNet application to following and be bound by this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
