WINGS participated in the kick-off meeting of the H2020/ICT ARCADIA EU-funded project. The project is about "A Novel Reconfigurable By Design Highly Distributed Applications Development Paradigm Over Programmable Infrastructure". The meeting took place in Athens, Greece.
