WINGS – AGNES Platform for agriculture and food safety, farm to fork approaches.
AGNES is suite of tools developed for covering production (poultry, livestock, crops and grains and others), logistics, food safety in factories. Intensive work progresses through various streams. WINGS demonstrated novel technologies in the context of the midterm evaluation meeting of H2020 DiTECT Project. Technologies for ingesting food quality data from various sources (from sensors to user uploaded data), and in different stages of the supply chain (from farming to end-consumer product), we shown. AI mechanisms for high-quality poultry and corn production (leveraging on real-world cases) were addressed. Moreover, WINGS demonstrated how further products and technologies can complement the AGNES vision towards a sustainable farm-to-form context. Specifically, AIRWINGS, are used for real time monitoring of farming conditions in poultry facilities, AGNES devices were used for real time inspection of food quality and safety conditions, while blockchain is introduced for maximizing the end-to-end trustworthiness of the overall system.
